We've now mostly completed the latest phase of works on the Stokes Valley and Wainuiomata pipe renewals project (known as 'Package Two), with Package Three expected to start in March 2026.
Howard Road water pipe renewal (Point Howard, Lower Hutt)

The Howard Road water pipe renewals work is now complete, with the final stage of work finished in June 2025. The work involved installing new drinking water pipes, replacing old pipes. The new pipes will provide a more reliable and resilient supply of drinking water for Point Howard residents, reducing the occurrence of burst pipes and leaks
