Update 20 May 2021

Construction Phase - the pipeline replacement work has been completed within the carriageway of Cavendish Square. However, the reinstatement works is continuing at 47 Cavendish Square. This work is due to be completed by 30 June 2021.

Update 16 February 2021

Work to renew the wastewater main in Cavendish Square is progressing well. We will be moving into the second stage of the work on Wednesday 17 February 2021 (refer to map).
Cavendish Square will be closed to through traffic; areas will be fenced off during construction and at times, access to properties may be restricted during working hours.

While work progresses past your property, we will try to make sure you have a suitable place to park your car and access to your property at night. If your property is affected in this way, we will let you know the day before. Please put your rubbish out as usual, our contractors will make sure that it can be accessed by rubbish collectors. If you have any concerns or specific access requirements, please contact us to discuss how we can work with you.

There may be occasions when the contractor needs access to your property; if this is the case, we will give you at least 24 hours’ notice. We anticipate that construction work, in front of each property, will last for a few days and should not disrupt normal activities.

On-street parking in the area will be restricted, so we ask to please not park your vehicle within the coned areas.
