Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P's) are intended to guide suitably trained personnel within the Customer Operations Group to carry out planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Some S.O.P's also provide clickable links to supporting permits and forms relating to the work carried out. Please note that the S.O.P's are not intended to provide every detail for works to be carried out.
Planned activities should be supported by job plans, which are housed in Maximo. Although this page is not private, these procedures are intended for use by authorised Wellington Water personnel or approved subcontractors.
