We are undertaking a modelling programme to provide us with a better understanding of flood prone areas in the Wellington region. The main purpose of this programme is to provide more informed information in relation to flooding to the public, developers and engineers and help us find ways to mitigate flood risks.

We have prepared a number of maps which identify flood prone areas however, we need your help to finalise these maps. We are holding four drop-in community engagement sessions, detailed below and we'd love to hear your experiences, observations and see any photos of flood events you might have.
